Shipping policy

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on weight and distance. Your order will be carefully packaged using a recycled box. All orders are shipped out within 5 business days of purchase using the shipping method you selected during checkout.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, buyer pays the return shipping cost plus the cost to ship the order to the correct address. The Goods Vintage is not responsible for the loss of your package if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Refunds will not be given if the address you provided is incomplete or incorrect.

If your address was inputted accurately and your package is lost or stolen, please reach out and we will file a claim with Canada Post.

The Goods Vintage is not responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred at time of delivery.
